Want to add something fun & unique to your next event? Our pop-up flower bar is the perfect activity for bridal showers, baby showers, wedding receptions, birthdays or special occasion.
The standard package includes approximately 100 individual stems of flowers and greenery, allowing your group to make 15-20 small bouquets of 5-7 stems each. Select your color palette or allow our designers to choose!
Standard Package Includes:
- 7-9 Flower types in the color palette of your choice
- 2 Greenery types
- Brown kraft paper sleeves for finished bouquets
- Local delivery & setup are included
The following items are included with the flower bar package as rentals and must be returned at the end of each event:
- 11 vases with labels
- Signs with instructions on how to create bouquets
- Floral clippers to trim stems after arranging bouquets
The flowers included with the standard flower bar pop-up package are designer selected. This package does not allow for client specified flowers or custom requests. If you would like to select specific flowers, or have other specific requests, please reach out to us! We would be happy to work with you on a custom package that fits your needs.
**Please place your order at least 3-5 business days prior to your event date. The more notice you can give us, the better flower selection we can provide!

How to Order
Thanks so much for shopping with us! We want to make this as simple and smooth as possible.
1. PICK UP
If you are local to the Baxter area, place your order online and select "PICK UP" at checkout. Orders are typically ready within 24 hours.
2. LOCAL DELIVERY
Want your order delivered? No problem!
- Select "SHIP" at checkout
- Enter the address you would like your order delivered to in the Shipping Address
- Click "CONTINUE TO SHIPPING"
- Select "LOCAL DELIVERY". You can then enter any special instructions and what you would like us to put on your card in the "delivery instructions" section!

LOCAL DELIVERY:
Same day local delivery available for orders received online by 12:00pm CST. Deliveries for fresh arrangements available Monday through Friday. Saturday & Sunday deliveries must be communicated directly with staff to determine availability.

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
Shipping Options:
Please allow 5-8 business days for standard ground and free delivery. If you need your order by a specific date, we suggest selecting the *2-day processing option.
*2-day shipping please allow 3-5 business days processing time and 2 business days for delivery.
Shipping Locations:
Orders ship from Tennessee, and we offer shipping within the United States and internationally.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your package as it makes its way to your doorstep.
Returns/Exchanges
Items purchased on baxterflowers.com may be returned to for exchange or return within 2 weeks of original invoice date. (FRESH ARRANGEMENTS OR PLANTS are not eligible for return or exchange) We will accept a return on any unworn, unaltered items. Refunds, exchanges, repairs, and replacements are not available for orders that exceed these time frames. Sale items, gift cards, and custom items cannot be returned.
